Peter Oszkó has commenced his career at KPMG and Deloitte, and after a short period of time he became Managing Parter of Deloitte Hungary. His name first fused with startup investors when being the Head of Portfolion Venture Capital Fund of OTP group and he pioneered in this field when creating later his first private investment firm and the first Hungarian angel fund, focusing on early-stage investments. As the founder at OXO Group he established OXO Labs as a startup accelerator, OXO Technologies Holding as a startup investor in pre-seed and seed phase and OXO Ventures for scaling up more mature ideas in the CEE region in order to help them entering the international market.
Anna Apró is best know as a Hungarian Shark Tank investor and has considerable hands-on experience of the different forms and types of business organizations, as well as of the wide range of positions and activities that running a business involves. She established her first company at the age of 18 and gained extensive international working experience in countries like China, Taiwan and Malaysia. She is angel investor in OXO Group and partner of OXO Holdings managing a startup portfolio of around 30 companies. She also holds private investments in the area of healthcare services including cardiology and hemodynamic laboratory.
Martin is a Managing Director at Techstars, the worldwide network that helps entrepreneurs succeed with a portfolio of more than 1,700 companies and a market value of USD19bn. He has +10 years experience in investment banking, especially in internet and technology M&A and online business development. He’s a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded a successful software business and acted as its CFO/COO, a technology-focused investment banking boutique in Southeast Asia and an online marketplace in Europe. He has been working with dozens of companies as a founder, advisor, mentor, and early-stage investor.
Zoltán started his career at General Electric where he spent 15 years in various finance and operations leadersip roles in Hungary, Canada and the U.K. before taking on the CFO role in GE Healthcare South Korea. In 2014 he joined eBay in California as Finance and Analytics Director for the company’s global digital advertising unit and two years layer moved to the European HQ in Switzerland as European deputy CFO. He joined Vodafone Hungary in March 2019 as the Finance Director, keen to help the company continue the strong commercial momentum and digital transformation. Zoltan has an MBA from the London Business School and is passionate about organizational and process effectiveness and data-driven insight and decision making.
Zoltán is a tax partner at Deloitte Budapest, where he focuses on devising innovative IT solutions which facilitate VAT problem-solving, optimize VAT processes and identify risks for companies. One of these recent innovations within the industry is VATOnline. His background in law enables him to provide practical and beneficial solutions to clients within the scope of European and domestic VAT legislation. In addition to providing services to many of the largest financial enterprises on the Hungarian market, he is working in close cooperation with several other well-known associations and he is also a well-known speaker at tax conferences and other professional events, as well as being a contributor of professional articles within the scope of indirect taxes.
Lászlo Jónás has commerced his career at the retail divisions of CIB Bank and K&H Bank, where he was responsible for leading multiple branches and teams simultaneously. His consulting agency is advising companies operating in various fields, with a turnover between 1 million and 15 million EUR. From 2016 he is Head of Business Development at Design Terminal - an innovation agency building bridges between startups and corporations - managing the international expansion of the organisation.
Design Terminal is a non-profit innovation agency that creates bridges between companies and startups, links different business environments, and supports the development of a regional and domestic entrepreneurial ecosystem in Hungary.
OXO Labs is an accelerator scaling startups from the CEE region to global markets. The accelerator program of OXO Labs targets startups, innovation and technology - based projects. We offer our program to young ventures in the phase of developing ideas, products, validating the market and the business model.
