The future of dining

In the future, we will have a mix between true appreciation for food and celebrating it says Marije Vogelzang, Founder of the Dutch Institute of Food & Design.

Technology will be used in a more sustainable way since current levels of things, such as meat consumption will no longer be feasible. Marije has various theories regarding food and food consumption in the future, as well as designing food in a new and unconventional way.
