We are joined by Rozina Wossala, who gives us an insight into the future of food and the rethinking of traditions. Rozina is the founder of the Innio wine bar and Bestia restaurant and has also made her debut as a chef on KonyhafĹ‘nök (the Hungarian version of Master Chef), where she was a judge for several seasons after the competition.
