An organizational psychologist and strategist who, in addition to her experience in creative agencies and digital innovation, was the Chief Experience Officer at Finland's Wunderman Thompson for several years. She has helped develop and implement strategies for brands such as Finnair and Nokia, while also completing a neuro-based coaching school and founding a leadership training business in Helsinki. She believes that the key to growth is creativity, and she wants to teach this to young people as well: this is why she participated in creating Europe's first business design course at MOME.
