Brain Bar is back in 2025

We are opening Brain Bar festival's doors again this year! At the event, we seek to answer the question: what will the next 25 years of humanity look like now that the first quarter of the century has passed? Brain Bar remains free for students and teachers, and this year it will take place on September 18-19 at the House of Music Hungary.

The first quarter of the century has passed, and our lives have undergone radical transformation in recent decades. The internet has permeated everything, social media has reshaped human relationships, cryptocurrencies and AI have ushered in a new economic and technological era, while the climate crisis and global pandemics have shaken our sense of security to the core—far from what we expected at the turn of the millennium.

Will the next 25 years be just as unpredictable as the last? Or can the vast amount of accumulated data and technological advancements give us a clearer vision of what lies ahead? If so, are we capable of changing our mindset or behavior in response? At this year’s festival, we’ll equip you with valuable knowledge, skills, opportunities for debate, and plenty of inspiration—so you can face the coming decades with greater confidence and preparedness.

At Brain Bar, we’ve explored the future of human relationships, creativity, and artificial intelligence with world-renowned speakers like psychotherapist Esther Perel and Peter Thiel, one of Facebook’s first investors. And this year, we won’t be short on thought-provoking questions either.

At Brain Bar 2025, we’ll tackle questions like whether young people will ever grow up in the world of bean-bag-filled workplaces and the comforts of the "hotel of mum and dad" and whether our love for vinyl records and analog cameras is just an escape from the uncertainties of the future. But we’ll also bring the most pressing geopolitical and climate-related issues to the stage. Expect talks on national borders, tariffs, the global race for rare resources, and the future of water.

Grab your ticket and meet us on 18-19 September!
