All you need to know about Brain Bar's community program
The Brain Bar Tribe awaits
Copy linkThe Tribe is Brain Bar’s community program for curious, motivated young people. In the first cohort, 25 high school students and 25 university students will join us for a full year. During this time, they’ll become part of a close-knit community, meet inspiring creators, speakers, and partners, and grow together while learning from truly outstanding professionals.
What can you expect as a Tribe member?
Copy link- First and foremost, you gain a community that stays with you far beyond the program. You’ll be invited to intimate, exclusive events created especially for this small group, where you can connect personally with some of Brain Bar’s most inspiring speakers and partners. Just as importantly, you’ll get to know your fellow Tribe members: a curious, driven, and supportive group of people who may one day shape the future alongside you.
- The Tribe also means continuous growth. You’ll have access to high-quality, future-focused knowledge you won’t find anywhere else, shared directly by experts from a wide range of fields — from AI and psychology to negotiation and decision-making. Expect workshops, skill-building conversations, and even a dedicated training weekend. When Brain Bar is looking for interns, Tribe members will always be the first we turn to — and through the community, you’ll also discover exciting workplaces and meet professionals working across many industries.
- As a Tribe member, you can connect to Brain Bar in ways that are truly unique. We can explore joint projects, content creation, research, or school-based programs together. We also make sure your involvement is visible: we’ll feature you on our social media channels and website, and at the festival and our other events you’ll receive special roles, recognition, and exclusive experiences.

What level of commitment does the Tribe program require?

Beyond this, a lot depends on you as well. We are happy to work with you on joint projects: for example, discussing collaborative research, participating in events at your school, organizing events together, or having you appear on our social media channels.
