Brain Bar Tribe is our new community program aimed at connecting enthusiastic and proactive talents who are not satisfied with celebrating the noblest thoughts about the future for just two days a year at Europe’s biggest festival on future. We have noticed that many in our audience would like to participate in as many Brain Bar experiences as possible throughout the year and get to know and network with other similarly open members of our community.

Our renewed program aims to maintain contact with our community throughout the year through networking and team-building events, as well as to provide first-hand information about Brain Bar's content. As a member of the Tribe, you will have the opportunity to participate in exclusive events that are only available to the inner circle of Brain Bar—where you can have informal and personal experiences with the best speakers, moderators, and partners of Brain Bar. At each of these events, you will have the chance to meet other Tribe members, thereby building your own network.

In addition, Tribe members will have an indirect impact on our content concept—this is the community we will first ask to provide feedback on the program elements planned by Brain Bar from the audience's perspective. Furthermore, Tribe members can also participate as volunteers at the festival in exciting positions!

Anyone who meets the following requirements:
Mandatory condition: at least 16 years old.

Additionally, at least one of the following applies to you:

• You are a high school student or a university student (Ba/BSc, Ma/MSc, postgraduate, or PhD)
• You work as a researcher
• You work as a high school teacher or university lecturer
• You obtained your first degree in the last 3 years or your most recent degree in the last 2 years
• You started your own business in the last 2 years, are just starting it, or are participating in an incubator/mentor program
• You have attended the Brain Bar festival as a visitor at least 3 times
• You participated in the Student Ambassador Program

We strive to meet with Tribe members every 1-2 months for informal events, sometimes featuring invited guests. These events are organized in accordance with students' class schedules and the working hours of our members from the job market. Registration for events must be done in advance through the Tribe's internal platform, as in some cases we may have to implement a participant limit. It is not mandatory to attend every event, but we ask that if you need to cancel after registering, please do so only in specifically justified cases and in a timely manner, as we need to adjust the participant list accordingly.

We assure you that we will bring the most exciting guests to the program—people who have already participated in our festival or whom you may have encountered while consuming our various digital content. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to meet guests who are among the most prominent figures in their fields today, as well as modern-day polymaths. The Brain Bar team will also occasionally provide insights into the internal processes of Europe’s largest future festival. Furthermore, you will meet other members of the Brain Bar Tribe, our most enthusiastic audience, with whom you can engage in genuine, personal, and inspiring conversations.

Yes! While the Tribe's focus is clearly on community building, we are always grateful when someone is willing to share news about our festival with their classmates or their own community. If you are open, enthusiastic, and aligned with our mission, we would be happy to count on your brand ambassador duties in the future. After applying, we will verify your information, and if everything is in order, we will invite you to the Tribe mailing list and exclusive social media groups. Communication will be conducted through multiple channels. We will also publish our events on the Brain Bar website under the Tribe section, where you can pre-register for them.

In both Hungarian and English. The Brain Bar team strives to provide opportunities for communication in both working languages. The specific language used at each event will always be announced.
