Anita Kiss

Anita has been the People Director at HEINEKEN Hungária Zrt. for 5 years. Prior to this, she gained twenty years of domestic and international experience in the banking sector as an HR leader and organizational developer, and she also tried her hand in a regional position. She worked for many years as a coach and trainer, primarily focusing on collaboration and leadership development. She enjoys mentoring, especially women and female leaders, and actively seeks reverse mentoring opportunities where she can learn from young people, as she is deeply committed to the belief that we learn something new about ourselves and the world every day.
