Balázs is the Head of Strategy and Operations at SAP Labs Central and Eastern Europe, overseeing the daily work of more than 1700 employees across four countries, with a focus on AI education, ESG programs, and technology innovation. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer of SAP Labs Hungary, he helped shape new hybrid work models and nurtured future talents through university partnerships.
