Balázs Simonyi

Balázs Simonyi is an exceptionally versatile Hungarian film director, actor, journalist, and accomplished ultrarunner. Hungarian audiences know him for his iconic voice-acting roles, his internationally successful documentary films, and his extraordinary achievements in sport, all at once. He is the author of "Futóskönyv" (Running Book) — with "Nincs rá szó" (There's No Word for It) coming out in October — and hosts several cultural podcasts as well as one of Hungary's oldest running blogs, "Nem Azé, Aki Fut" (It Doesn't Belong to Whoever Runs). He completed the National Blue Trail in record time and has crossed the finish line at the Spartathlon twelve times.
