Space Exploration: Luxury or Survival? Is it a waste, or rather the most important investment in humanity’s future? Balázs Zábori helps us find the answer. He is one of the first Hungarian experts to join the European Space Agency’s program — after which he quickly became the technical leader of Hungary’s most significant developments. He founded a space technology test laboratory, participated in spaceflight, exploration, and space security programs, and played a key role in launching the HUNOR Hungarian Astronaut Program. He took part in preparing the Hungarian mission to the International Space Station and is also an advisor to the ESA’s Moon program. He is the co-founder of Remred Zrt. and the Remtech space technology center under construction in Martonvásár.
