Benedek Vázsonyi

Benedek Vázsonyi started out in a small village in Baranya County and has committed himself to advancing children's rights and meaningful youth participation. As a student of international relations at ELTE, a UNICEF Hungary Young Ambassador, an EU and international officer of the National Youth Council, a former EU Youth Delegate, and a member of the European Commission President's youth advisory board, he works to ensure that the voice of young Hungarians is heard at the highest decision-making levels. He firmly believes in the principle of "Nothing about us without us!" and in the idea that only by working together can we solve the greatest challenges of our time.
