As an amateur athlete, she has completed numerous half marathons, two marathons, and a half-distance triathlon. After earning a degree in psychology, she became one of the first representatives in Hungary of sport therapy and movement flow, developing her own methodology, the FDRT © running therapy, which provides an effective tool for stress management, and for regaining control over one’s life. As a sports psychologist, she helps coaches as well as individual and team athletes achieve higher performance and overcome fears; in traditional therapy, she supports clients in preventing burnout, managing stress, and planning their careers and future.
