Dr. Ádám Márky
Doctor, Head of the Longevity Project
I'm occupied with how we can stay connected to ourselves in a world that is constantly holding its breath. In a world we call a welfare society, yet one where mere survival already requires exploiting both ourselves and nature. I'm interested in how we can relate more freely to whatever is present in the moment: whether it's tension in our bodies, difficult, sometimes hopeless thoughts, or the world itself, whose growing turmoil affects us so strongly.
