Dr. Linda Szijjártó
Organizational Psychologist & Founder of Mindsetland
Dr. Linda Szijjártó is an organizational psychologist, PhD and the founder of Mindsetland. Her work explores how people can build meaningful, future-conscious careers amid changes such as AI — and how organizations can help employees adapt, grow and retain a sense of agency as work evolves. She teaches leadership psychology at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and works at the intersection of career psychology, organizational culture, employee experience and workplace transitions. Her research examines how major life and work transitions shape professional identity and career decisions. She is a two-time TEDx speaker.
