Dr Szabolcs Hack
Research Fellow at ELI ALPS
Dr Szabolcs Hack is a research fellow at the ELI ALPS Facility in Szeged and an assistant professor at the University of Szeged. His research focuses on the theoretical description of light–matter interactions, particularly ultrafast and quantum-optical phenomena. He is also committed to making modern physics accessible to students and the wider public through teaching and science communication. The Extreme Light Infrastructure (ELI) is an international research organisation operating some of the world’s most advanced high-power and high-repetition-rate laser systems at facilities in the Czech Republic and Hungary for multidisciplinary science and technological applications.
