If you want to build your career consciously, it's important to know yourself well, to know your way around different professions and to be prepared for the conditions of the labour market. These are the main topics we will cover in our interactive training session, as well as the importance of lifelong learning for professional success.

The OTP Fáy Foundation is dedicated to developing young people's future-oriented thinking, with a particular focus on financial competences. Every year, 35,000 people participate in our interactive digital training and presence training courses, which are based on a practice-oriented, experiential learning methodology. In addition to financial and economic literacy, our trainers also offer free training on career guidance and sustainability, or on soft skills.
