After his university years, Gergely founded the Hungarian Two-Tailed Dog Party to shape public life, of which he was president for ten years until 2024. Over the years, the party has activated its community through thousands of actions, clubs, and city tours, offering unconventional solutions to the most important public safety, green area, or public security issues. Following nationwide projects, Gergő is now running for mayor of the XII district of Budapest.
