Gergely Tóth-Vajna

Conductor, Fortepianist

Gergely Tóth-Vajna is an award-winning musician and researcher at the Royal College of Music in London, who has performed at Westminster Abbey and St Paul’s Cathedral. He is one of the most promising talents not only in music but also in science: he holds degrees in pediatrics and radiology, and is a member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences’ Medical Diagnostics Committee. Can music be a universal healing language? How can someone excel in so many different fields? And what role does his unique bond with his twin brother play in his success? These are the questions we'll be asking him at the festival.
