Johan Holmstedt, a mechanical engineer and skilled builder, took on this mission when he and his wife, chef Roja Brimalm, designed and constructed their own stunning “Naturhus” in the Swedish countryside. Built inside a 400 m² greenhouse, their home blends beauty and function, allowing them to grow food year-round and live sustainably in a northern climate. Johan’s hands-on approach - from welding the steel frame to crafting clever climate solutions - reflects his passion for engineering and a deep commitment to living in harmony with nature.
