Kitty Borsos is a wine expert and sommelier with a background in theatre and is the creator of Sommelier Theatre, which blends cultural and gastronomic experiences. She previously worked as manager of the Palack Borbár wine bar in Budapest, where she developed a one-of-a-kind concept: in her performances, she transforms quality wine tasting into an interactive, storytelling theatrical experience — a journey through literature and music. Her goal is to bring the unique qualities of Hungary's wine regions closer to the general public in a youthful, direct style, through the arts.
