László Radácsi

Dr. László Radácsi has spent three decades in higher education, working as a consultant for large companies and non-profit organizations, as an executive coach, and as a team and organizational development trainer. He has engaged with tens of thousands of young people and adults seeking personal growth in various roles: as an educator, consultant, opponent, mentor, and trainer. He is the author of numerous articles, books, and academic publications, and is a regular interviewee on radio, television, and podcasts. His research areas include corporate sustainability, business development, and the startup ecosystem. His latest book, "Think Smart! The Intellectual Superpower," was published in the summer of 2024.
