Lucio Saracco
Nuclear Science Student at MIT
Growing up in Hungary, Lucio has been obsessed with chemistry since childhood. He graduated from high school in Budapest, achieving outstanding results at the International Chemistry Olympiad and the Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad, and today he studies at the world’s highest-ranked university, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston. He is focusing on the future of nuclear energy, securing an invitation to intern at the Pentagon in 2025. Alongside his studies, he also takes part in hands-on engineering projects, including building aircraft with MIT’s Design/Build/Fly team.
