Máté Kónya

I am a passionate nature photographer and conservationist. I see it as my mission to showcase both the diversity and the fragility of nature. I believe that our created world belongs to everyone, and so its protection and preservation are our shared responsibility. As a biology student, I am pursuing research at ELTE in environmental science, cultural evolution, and human ethology, focused on the ecological environment and its sustainability. My guiding principle is that nothing can be achieved alone, and, to borrow from Esterházy: 'the world cannot, after all, be captured in words.'
