Building bridges between different cultures and people shows our way into a future where everyone’s values are appreciated and not a single talent is lost. To cooperate effectively, learning about each other is not enough – we need to understand ourselves better in the reflection of other faces. Norbert, as a co-creator of an international network of PhD candidates from more than 40 countries, seeks to facilitate cooperation so that the young research community can achieve results in areas such as transnational scientific cooperation, inclusion and mental health support.
