Omar Sayfo
Middle East Researcher
Omar Sayfo is a key expert in Hungary’s migration research and when it comes to examining the political events in the Middle East. He holds Arab studies degrees from prestigious European universities, was a visiting fellow at the University of Cambridge, and has published articles in outlets such as the The New York Times and Foreign Policy. In his literary yet scholarly books, he makes us ponder what the future refugee crises in Europe may lead to, who our cities belong to, whether there really are no-go zones in them, and ultimately, whether migration poses a danger to us all.
