For me, teaching is at once a job, a calling, and a hobby — and luckily, I still can't decide which it is more of. I believe in the gardener's mindset: a student shouldn't be shaped, but given the environment in which they can grow in their own way. With my students, we think, question, and inspire one another as partners. My ars poetica of teaching holds that education isn't just about passing on knowledge — it's about cultivating curiosity, independence, and the ability to see the bigger picture.
