Péter Krekó

Péter Krekó is a social psychologist, political scientist, Director of the Political Capital think tank, and a habilitated associate professor at the ELTE Faculty of Education and Psychology (PPK). As a researcher and analyst, he is an internationally recognised expert on political disinformation, conspiracy theories, populism, and political tribalism. He has spent time at numerous universities and research centres in Hungary and abroad (including as a Fulbright visiting professor in the United States), and his books and analyses are key contributions to understanding modern information warfare and social polarisation.
