Platon Karataev duo

Platon Karataev has played sold-out shows on Hungary's largest stages, and performed abroad at festivals like Roadburn and Liverpool Sound City. Their 2022 album Partért kiáltó (Shouting for the shore) won a Fonogram Award and became a favorite among critics -its lyrics even appeared on high school graduation exams. Their latest release, Napkötöző (Sunbinder), explores universal themes through deeply personal songs. At Brain Bar, the band’s singer-songwriters, Gergely Balla and Sebestyén Czakó-Kuraly, will perform their best-known tracks in an intimate acoustic set.
