Steve Brusatte

The Paleontology Professor

Dinosaurs ruled the Earth for millions of years. They conquered wandering continents. They adapted to the changing climate. And they eventually survived by giving rise to birds, which count over 10 000 species today – that's almost twice as many as mammal species! But what can we learn from dinosaurs when it comes to adaptation? Are there any lessons for us, humans in the book of fossils? Paleontologist Steve Brusatte could tell us a thing or two about that! He’s discovered over a dozen species all over the world, including the relatives of the famous T.Rex and real fossil sea monsters from Scotland! But can he foresee the Earth's future with the help of fossils? Let's find out at Brain Bar.
