Szilárd Pércsi

Szilárd brings nearly two decades of experience in R&D and innovation management to Brain Bar. Throughout his career, he has gained insight into entire innovation processes while working at domestic applied research centers and spending time in the UK as well. In 2023, he joined Richter as the Head of the Innovation and Grants Office, where he supports the pharmaceutical giant in achieving its strategic goals. At Brain Bar, we will ask him about the innovation and organizational steps a Hungarian company needs to take to become a global multinational.
