Zsófi Dombi
Senior Global Medical Advisor at Richter
In the midst of economic crises and ongoing wars, staying strong is not easy these days. Whether we are relatively “healthy” or challenged by mental health issues, it is more important than ever to cure our spirit. Psychotherapy is considered a great way to do so by pretty much everyone today. But what if we mention medication? We bet many of you are already rolling your eyes. Here to challenge your preconceptions is Zsófi, a UCL graduate in Human and Clinical Mental Health Sciences and a Ph.D. student at Oxford who’s currently researching the aftermath of using psychoactive medication. At Brain Bar, she’ll help us navigate the complexities of mental health science and discover the most effective and compassionate ways to support individuals on their unique paths to mental well-being.
